Transform Your Heart Health Today

Lower your resting heart rate in just 15 minutes per day with the 5-Day Heart Rate Challenge.

About Your Coach

Hey, busy professionals! I’m Clinton. My wife and I currently live near Dallas with our two youngest children. I enjoy cycling outdoors when the weather permits and cycling indoors in the off-season.

With more than 10 years of cycling experience, I first started indoor cycling in December 2022. It's been a great way to stay fit without going out in the elements! In July, 2024 I became a Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor (AFAA CICI) to share my success with others. Over the 90 days of June, July, and August, I saw my resting heart rate drop an average of 8 beats per minute. Excited to help you do the same! 🚴❤️
